Peter is an Acquisition Manager for Fashion Inc. and he wants to know how users are moving through the registration flow he has designed.
In Funnels, Peter creates a report with all the events in his registration flow and selects to see conversions beginning in the month of March.
Based on the data, Funnels returns a report showing less than 1% of his users successfully completed his registration flow. More importantly, a majority of users were dropping off after the third step in the process.
After interpreting this report, Peter can find if there is a common pattern from users that did not continue on the third step or change his registration flow to increase his sign up conversions.
