Why don’t I see my Autotrack Events in Live View and other Mixpanel reports?

Autotrack on hold

As of 2/6/18, the Autotrack feature is on hold until further notice and is not available for new projects. If you have projects already using Autotrack, this change will not affect you for the time being. In the meantime, we advise our customers to proceed with programmatic code for more granular reporting and deeper segmentation capabilities.

Your Autotrack events will be available for reporting:

  • In Segmentation, Funnels, Retention, and Formulas reports.

  • To filter user profiles in Explore.

  • To target email, push, SMS, and webhook Notifications.

At this time, Autotrack events cannot be used (and won’t be shown) in the following:

  • Live View

  • Applications

  • JQL

  • Predict

  • Sampling

  • Export APIs

  • People Profile Activity Feeds

Events added with Autotrack will be indicated in event dropdowns by a special icon for easy identification.
