Free Plan People Features

Customers on our Free People Plan have the ability to create 1,000 user profiles. Access to our People Analytics features is considered an add-on feature and is available to paid customers.

Some features of a paid People Plan include:

  • Customizable people profiles: Build rich, customized profiles of your users to help you better understand their behaviors
  • Activity feed: See what people do while using your product, both before and after they sign up
  • Notifications and messaging: Use email, SMS, and push notifications to drive users back into your product
  • Predictive analytics: Identify users most likely to convert and send notifications to nudge them in the right direction

Exceeding the Free Plan Event or People Limits?

If you exceed the 5 million data point or 1,000 People Profile limit, you will lose access to that section of Mixpanel either until the next month when your data point count resets or until your People Profile count falls back under 1,000. Visit the pricing page for details on other plans that may better suit your volume needs.

Can't Create Custom Events

With a free plan, you are limited to one custom event. If you need more, please consider one of the other available Mixpanel plans on our pricing page.

Purchase Access to Additional Features

At this time, it’s not possible to purchase access to certain features a la carte. Please visit the pricing page to choose a plan better suited for you based on the features you’d like to access.
